Surveys, questions, and responses may be deleted at any time without notice. We make no commitment to retain any data you submit to this service. Do not rely on this service as a permanent or reliable store of information.
This service may be modified, suspended, or shut down at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue the service entirely or to change its functionality at our sole discretion.
The optional rifts.to Pro subscription is billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account's billing page — cancellation stops future billing, but we do not offer refunds or prorated credit for the current billing period. If the subscription price changes, the new price will not apply to your account until your next renewal after we've given you advance notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of this service shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
By using this service, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use this service.
